Refunds and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order cannot be cancelled once placed. Only COD orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. The cancellation request must be made via email (support@ilamaishop.com) with all the necessary details and reasons. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped these changes cannot be accommodated.

REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
Shipments once opened/products once used, cannot be repackaged or resold due to the seal being broken. For safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used products.

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or if an incorrect product has been shipped. An email with relevant proof of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent to support@ilamaishop.com within 24 hours of delivery, for us to accept the request. The damage should be evident in the photos, and acceptance of the same is subject to final approval.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used / opened / tried and/or the serial number has been tampered with. After receiving the returned products, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued, as per preference. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

If you have made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank account , wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
