ORDERS AND SHIPPING POLICY
After placing the order, you will first receive a confirmation email, SMS and Whatsapp notification, followed by a dispatch update and finally, a delivery completion notification.

In the case of COD orders, a notification for order confirmation is sent via Email, SMS, Whatsapp, IVR, and Manual call. We expect the customers to confirm the order by either one of the means. In the event of unreachability, the order will be deemed for cancellation.

Our team will contact you via phone to verify your address in case of an incorrect address. In the event of unreachability via phone, our team will try contacting you via Whatsapp or email. Upon address verification, your order will be shipped at the earliest.

DAMAGE POLICY
We are not liable for any damage or loss of product during shipping. But, if you receive your order damaged, please email us on ilamaicustomercare@gmail.com for processing claims.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged good before filing a claim.

How are the items packaged?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging
We place our product in a high-quality mono carton, with a thin liner inside and cushion the product from impact with a high-quality bubble wrap. Each individual product is then placed in a compact shipping box, fit to size so that there is no room for movement. All information about our product, including the complete ingredients list is printed on the product itself. Check our website for additional information.

Estimated Delivery Time
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days of shipping (excluding Sundays and other public holidays). For other areas the products may take 5-7 days depending on location.
The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation emails are tentative. It is subject to change once the order is shipped. Post shipment, an Estimated Delivery Date will be sent which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status.
We ensure to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which we are not liable and would request you to cooperate.
ILAMAI reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).

How can you track your order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

We also ship outside India!
ILAMAI also ships internationally, but it should be requested via email at ilamaicustomercare@gmail.com with all the necessary shipping details.
